  • How Do I book? 

    To book a photography session or request my services, head over to the “Book Now” or Contact Us section to schedule a session or schedule a consultation regarding booking a session!

    Can you help me create a concept for my session?

    Of course we can! I require that your deposit be paid prior to sharing my creative ideas!


    Do you require a deposit?

    When you book our photography services , the deposit reserves your time so we do not allow anyone else to book during that time! No deposit = no guaranteed booking.

    Does the deposit go towards my final price?

    Yes, your deposit goes toward your final remaining balance.

    When should I to pay the remaining balance for my shoot and with what form of payments do you accept?

    You are encouraged to pay the remaining balance of your invoice after our session. You have 2 hours to send your payment. After 2 hours will result in a late fee. We prefer you pay your invoice via card , however you can also pay via cash or check.




  • When will I receive my images?

    Post production can take up to 2 weeks after you have selected your images for us to edit. If you would like these images rushed there is a 24 hour rush fee of $150 and a 48-72 hour rush fee of $100.

    What If I want to purchase more edits after my edits are completed?

    You may purchase additional edited photos at $15 per additional photo.

    Do I get to keep all of the images? Even the unedited ones? 

    You only keep the photos that you have chosen to be edited. Any additional photos that you want edited can be purchased for $15 per photo. You do NOT receive any of the RAW photos from the session.

    How many photos will I receive?

    The number of photos you receive will be based on the photography package you chose. Please refer back to the ‘Services’ page to determine this. Additional photos can be purchased at $15 per photo.

    How long do I have to select the images I want edited?

    You have 2 weeks to go through the proof gallery and select the images you would like edited. After 2 weeks we will send out a friendly reminder for you to choose your photos! After 4 weeks we will send out an additional reminder to choose your photos. After 30 days after our scheduled session and photos are still unchosen , we are no longer obligated to edit your photos after sending multiple reminders.

    What happens if I don't like something in my final edited photos?

    You have a period of three (3) days from the date of final image delivery to request any minor adjustments. After this timeframe, any additional edits or modifications will be considered outside the scope of the original agreement, and we are no longer obligated to make changes to the photos.

    Please note that Zxent Photography maintains a distinct editing style that reflects our creative vision and expertise. We kindly ask that you consider this when finalizing your booking to ensure our style aligns with your preferences.

  • Can I bring a friend or family along with me to my shoot?

    You can bring a friend or family member along as long as you notify us prior to your photoshoot. This is for safety reasons.

    Can I film during my photoshoot?

    Yes , you may record during your photoshoot. We ask that you are mindful and respectful to others that may be in the studio .

    What happens if I'm late to my session but its under 15 minutes?

    We will start taking photos as soon as you arrive and utilize the remaining time of your session. You are welcome to book extra time if no one has booked the studio after us.


    Can I have multiple backdrops and sets during a single session? 

    With every standard portrait session you are allowed 2 backdrops changes, If you would like a more detailed and 3D design ( also known as a set build ) this is a additional fee.


    Do you travel ?

    Yes! Any services needed outside of a 25 mile radius from Downtown Indianapolis , Indiana will require travel fee of $4 per mile . Services needed outside of the State of Indiana will require travel accommodations .
